What you receive
- An AI-generated cinematic tour of your property, created from the photos you upload.
- Two formats included: landscape 16:9 for your website, exposé and YouTube — plus portrait 9:16, ready for Instagram reels and stories.
- Standard package: film approx. 30 seconds (up to 20 photos). Premium package: film approx. 60 seconds (up to 40 photos).
- Curated selection: we pick the strongest motifs from your photos for the film's scenes — keeping it dense and cinematic. Your photos serve as a selection pool; not every single image appears as its own scene. Within the free revision you can have scenes swapped for other motifs.
- Optionally, you can upload a floor plan (with room labels) when ordering and name your photos by room — this helps us arrange the rooms correctly in the film.
- Full usage rights for your marketing — social media, ads, your own website, guest communication.
The film is an artistic, AI-assisted interpretation of your property — it conveys the mood and character of the place, but it is not a photorealistic 1:1 reproduction of individual rooms. All films are labelled as AI visualisations.
Delivery
Delivery by e-mail as a download link, after receipt of payment: Standard package within 48 hours, Premium package within 72 hours (more photos, longer film).
One free revision
Every order includes one free revision: contact us within 7 days of delivery by e-mail at 6460@xantum.swiss, quoting your order number. We will recreate the film once. Beyond that, individual adjustments are not part of the offer.
Money-back guarantee
If the film still does not meet your expectations after the revision, we will refund the full purchase price (refund via Stripe to the original payment method). With the refund, the right to use the delivered film expires.
Reference use
By placing an order you agree that we may show the film created for you as a reference — on our website and on our social media channels. We will not mention your address or any personal data; your uploaded photos are never published, only the finished film.

Your photos
